Hilton Los Angeles-Universal City Hotel

Loved this hotel, had 2 enjoyable days here. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a safe, multi-channel television and a refrigerator. The staff were competent and helpful as well, would like to go back there again.

Loved my PERFECT stay for their first time.

The staff is pleasant, the breakfast satisfactory, the ocation is unbeatable close to many Hollywood signs viewpoints and the park and Universal CityWalk.

My stay here was great. For a 4 star hotel everything was great, I loved to be here. Executive king room included a safe box, cable programming and a refrigerator. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, my stay lasted for 5 nights.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

Reasonably clean, reasonably large hotel, the staff and location were amazing here. The room was with double beds.

everything was perfect, excellent service, ideal location adjacent to the park as well as fitness center. all of the staff was super and cordial. i had luxury king room with clean washroom and double beds plus a great view. plenty of options for breakfast in the lounge area.

The hotel of choice in Los Angeles. Booked a room with a sofa bed. The restaurant was a 10-15 minute walk from the property.

Efficient check-in, cozy beds and generally top-notch service. The units are immaculate, warm. It has strategic location an easy walk to a performing arts theater.

Staff were superfriendly, wi-fi was free, and I enjoyed its best possible location near the universal park as well as a hill. Variety of food, which was delicious to satisfy everyone.

Stayed here before and would stay here again. The staff were corteous and the restaurant was good. Its double room had contemporary furniture.

Staff were hospitable and location was decent. Warm breakfast, very good service. Lovely garden outside. Wonderful restaurant served Chinese specialities.

The hotel was very good business, my room was beautiful. Hospitable service, provided by the amazingly attentive staff. Exceptional view, a big balcony, big bed, too. Lots of food at continental breakfast including cereal, vegetable, milk and toast to order. Had hot drinks in the snack bar in the evening.

The room was outstanding, and we loved its central location. Exceptionally nice breakfast, especially vegetable, cereal, toast and milk. The staff was willing to help this whole time. Early check-in and courteous customer service.

We loved staff and location, felt like home. Spacious room, soft bed and such huge bathroom. The views were very very good. The hotel was in a safe area. Quick check-in.

Average restaurant, impeccable staff, prime position. A continental breakfast was consistently good. They made my stay exceptional. Found in a very secure part of the town.

The hotel is unreal, has exceptional staff and location.

Location and people were superb, we loved that everything was brand new. Outdoor bar was executive and fairly clean. The staff did all they can for a pleasant enough stay.

Service was great. The lobby bar onsite. Even the Hollywood Burbank airport was not so far. 4-star hotel in Los Angeles.
